The above prices are for retail orders only and are subject to change at any time. Please note that any overseas orders (non-EU countries) may be subject to further taxes and import duties. These charges are out of our control and will vary from country to country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.

La Maison De Luxe does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, international delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Large orders (10+ items), customs clearance, credit card authorization and verification may all delay delivery of your order.

Delivery Addresses

Orders may be delivered to business or residential addresses. You may specify a different delivery address, if wish for a gift to be delivered directly.

Tracking your order

If you require information about the status of your order please contact us and a member of our staff will be happy to help. We use a small number of carefully selected carriers, depending on the time, size and destination of your delivery. Please email info@lamaisondeluxe.co.uk.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase be it a gift received, or for yourself. We will be delighted to offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. The product you return must have all labels intact and be unwashed and unworn. There should be no marks on the items or the tags.

To return an item, please complete our Return and Exchange Form and clearly state whether you require a refund or an exchange. Fill out the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning (if this form is not included, we will be unable to process your return). Please pack in suitable packaging and return the parcel to:

For customer security we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We will refund the card once we have received the goods, this may take a few days to process. Please note that you will not receive a refund for post and packaging unless the goods have been deemed to be faulty or result of our error. Please note: FINAL SALE items are not accepted for return or exchange.

Corsetry

We regret that a refund or an exchange on a made to measure corsets is unfortunately not possible. If you are wondering why “made to measure” corsets are more expensive it is because of the extra time and details that go into producing them to fit the customer’s specific requirements.

Right of Cancellation

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by letter or e-mail, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing via this link within 7 days.

Refused or unclaimed packages

If your package is returned to us "refused" or "unclaimed" (due to an unauthorized cancellation, change of heart, or incorrect address) we cannot be held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges to reship your item.  If a refused or unclaimed package is no longer wanted by the customer, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply and a store credit of the balance will be issued to the customer less shipping charges and fees, valid for 1 year. Alternatively, the customer has the option of accepting their original order and return shipping fee(s). *Exception: If a refused or unclaimed package is a "custom" item, the customer owns it.
