Returns & Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase be it a gift received, or for yourself. We will be delighted to offer a refund or exchange* within 7 days of receipt. The product you return must have all labels intact and be unwashed and unworn. There should be no marks on the items or the tags.

To return an item, please complete our Return and Exchange Form and clearly state whether you require a refund or an exchange. Fill out the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning (if this form is not included, we will be unable to process your return). Please pack in suitable packaging and return the parcel to:

For customer security we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We will refund the card once we have received the goods, this may take a few days to process. Please note that you will not receive a refund for post and packaging unless the goods have been deemed to be faulty or result of our error.

Ordering

Simply click the product you wish to purchase, enter the quantity/size/colour and click ADD TO CART. To continue your shopping click CONTINUE SHOPPING. When you are ready to complete your order click CHECKOUT. You will then be invited to Login, Checkout as a Guest or Register.

• The first step of checkout is delivery details and you will be asked to fill out necessary information such as name, address and delivery address in the appropriate boxes.
• The second step covers postage and packing. This screen lists your purchases, the delivery address/es and the cost of post and packing.
• The third step covers payment. Simply follow the instructions.

Finally, click CONFIRM ORDER to complete your order. It is only at this point that your order is sent to us over a secure link. Your order will then be summarised on screen. We recommend you print this page for your own personal records. We will acknowledge your order by email.
